How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Talk to a local provider

Who will you actually talk to?

Great question. You will talk with an independent tree removal provider from our network, not with a Knowinglocation Tree Service crew. We are the connection, and the provider is the business that looks at your tree and does the job. We do not share staff names or bios because this page is about how the network works, not about people.

What happens when you call or send a request?

It is simple.

  • You share what is going on with your tree and where your home is
  • Your call or request is routed to a provider who serves your area
  • The provider asks follow-up questions, and may plan a visit
  • You get a written quote and decide what to do

Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability, and keep in mind that no time is promised.

What should you ask a provider?

Not sure what to say? Use this short list:

  • Are you licensed and insured where required? Can you show proof?
  • What is included in the quote? Is cleanup and hauling included?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence, lawn and utility lines?
  • Do you handle stump grinding, or is that a separate price?
  • What is your timeline, and what could change it?
  • Can you help document storm damage for an insurance claim?

Write the answers down. Good providers are happy to explain.

Are you in control?

Yes. You never have to accept a quote. You can compare more than one, ask for changes, or walk away. Costs vary by job, so a written quote is your friend. Protect your property by waiting until you feel comfortable.
