How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Something went wrong? Tell us. Knowinglocation Tree Service wants every homeowner who gets in touch to have a fair and honest experience. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What can you tell us about?
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Knowinglocation Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
What if the problem is with a provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Keep in mind that Knowinglocation Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How do you send a complaint?
Email contact@knowinglocation.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What happens after that?
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which can include speaking with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
What if you are still unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
